DC designed the DC Mens Balance Snowboard Boot with a molded EVA midsole to reduce weight and bulk, and to enhance board feel. The Balance Boot features DCs Command liner, which supports your foot and ankle on downhill charges with lightweight support beams and J bars but wont restrict necessary flexing when you session a rail. Directional fiber lining lets the foot slide easily into the boot and then holds it in place like a zip-tie holds a ratchet. This results in less heel lift and better power transfer. DC gave this medium-flex boot dual lace loops to maintain tight lacing, even into the boots old age.
